Join us Friday, July 8, for HoMA Nights at the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA) with Shangri La Artist-In-Residence singer/songwriter Zeshan B. Enjoy an amazing acoustic set in the Central Courtyard of HoMA. Zeshan B will be accompanied by the talented guitarist Mike MacAllister. HoMA remains open until 9 PM for HoMA Nights. This special event is presented in partnership with NMG Network and HoMA

Zeshan B

Zeshan Bagewadi, known professionally as Zeshan B, is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and recording artist from Chicago, Illinois. His signature style is combining classic funk and soul sounds with lyrics that pay tribute to his South Asian roots. On his album, Melismatic, his first collection of entirely original compositions, he sings in both English and Urdu. Zeshan B is focused on social justice and bringing to light issues around race, class, and culture through his music. "Brown Power," the lead single from Melismatic, is all about solidarity between historically oppressed minority groups.
